About the Typeface

The typeface used here is Trajan. Because this is an entirely uppercase font, I wanted to showcase letters that reflected the tall cap-heights and sharp, distinct serifs. The identifying characteristics of this typeface allowed me to create intricate designs and patterns with the letters. To create an interesting and appealing, yet cohesive, 3-piece set, I inverted my center composition to create a moment of contrast.
